I will help you to prepare your documents so that they can be forwarded to the financial institution as quickly as possible. I would also be happy to help you to obtain any missing documents, such as extracts from the land register, real estate register, etc.

How can I do this, for over 20 years I have been supporting banks in setting up their mortgage lending processes, school intermediaries and mortgage lending consultants in the area of residential real estate credit guidelines and in solution-oriented sales talks. For more than 2 years I have also been working for the IHK in Mannheim as an examiner in the area of § 34i real estate loan brokers.
